Paul Christmann, Chief Innovation Officer at rasa.io

Paul Christmann is an accomplished technology leader and mathematician with over 30 years of experience building high-performance software products and engineering teams. As the Chief Innovation Officer at rasa.io, he leads the development of AI-powered email newsletter solutions, overseeing a serverless architecture on AWS that delivers over 25 million personalized emails each month.

Paul began his career designing algorithms for aircraft maintenance scheduling and has since applied his expertise across industries—from oil and gas to travel and digital marketing. He’s led platform transformations, built and scaled teams, and championed innovation at both the product and process level. In addition to his work at rasa.io, Paul teaches strategic business integration at Tulane University, sharing his insights on SaaS growth, entrepreneurship, and data-driven decision-making with future business leaders.
