About the speakers:

Rami Kalla, President at Point in Time Studios

Rami, an ASU alumni and Arizona native, began his career in marketing at General Mills. After a few years, he decided to follow his dream of launching a video production company. In 2002, Point in Time Studios was born. Today, he oversees the creation of virtual reality and augmented reality productions worldwide. Point in Time clients include Gila River Resorts and Casinos, AXON, Ford, Coca-Cola, Sky Harbor Airport and many more. Notably, the company has produced a VR Onboarding Program for new hires at Gila River, an AR experience in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to promote the Gila River and the first-ever accredited VR Training Program for first responders and police officers with AXON.

Ian Tetzner, Head of Innovation at Point in Time Studios

As Head of Innovation at Point In Time Studios, Ian works tirelessly to ensure the image pipeline flows cleanly from set to screen. He oversees a team of editors that shape the ones and zeros into captivating imagery for Point in Time’s clients’ videos. Ian's formal education in film at ASU laid the foundation for his professional career. He honed his skills as a camera assistant and later, as a freelance camera operator, a role he embraced for eight years before joining Point In Time in 2021.

Peter Costa, CEO and co-founder of Baltu Technologies

Peter Costa is the CEO and co-founder of Baltu Technologies. He is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with a passion for employing technology to solve real-world problems. Early on he was exposed to computers, science and technology, thanks to his father's work in designing and building supercomputers. This early immersion has shaped his professional pursuits and fostered a lifelong passion for innovation. At Baltu Technologies, Peter merges his diverse experiences to accelerate the development of a skilled workforce. As a recognized thought leader, Peter has spoken at conferences across the United States, Abu Dhabi, and China. Throughout his career, Peter's love for building things has evolved into a mission to create technological solutions that better people's lives, making him a driving force in using entrepreneurship and technology to help drive positive social impact.

Vincent Serpico, CEO of Founders Workshop

Vincent Serpico has been active in the Arizona tech scene for over 25 years, wearing different hats: developer, VP of Dev, CTO and now CEO of Founders Workshop. He knows the tech and business sides inside out, which he leverages at Founders Workshop to turn your ideas into reality. Vincent is also the co-founder of Decision Tree AI, an AI development company that's all-in on AI projects. His interest in AI started around seven years ago as he began coding custom VR solutions. Vincent is keenly interested in the intersection of AI and XR, and exciting synergistic overlap.

Ana Tomboulian, Conversational AI Leader

As a two-time technical founder in the AI industry, Ana is solving a need for businesses to identify missed opportunities and win them back, amounting to millions in revenue back in their pocket. She built a connector for loading BIM objects into CAD and modeling objects in rooms for hospital equipment planning, with an accompanying AR application. Ana empowers executives to make wise decisions with the knowledge of how AI truly works from her own experience, not just what is read (and regurgitated) from the internet.

Panel moderated by Point in Time Studios Production Coordinator, Kyle Tran.
